Craigavon: South Lake Park & Drumnagoon Park

1. Lord Mayor’s Easter Trail & Fun Day at Tannaghmore Gardens

Join the Lord Mayor, Cllr Sarah Duffy, for a lively afternoon of Easter activities at Tannaghmore Gardens on Thursday, April 17 from 1–4pm. Expect an Easter Egg Treasure Hunt, bouncy castles, face painting, multi-sports, and even bushcraft activities. It’s a fun, active day out that’s perfect for kids aged 2 and up. (£5 per child)

2. Easter Family Fun Day at Brownlow Castle

Taking place on Saturday, April 19, this Easter event is packed with entertainment—from egg hunts and balloon modelling to a special appearance by the Easter Bunny. Hosted at the scenic Brownlow Castle, it’s a great way to spend a Saturday with the whole family.

Carrickfergus: Hampshire Hall

1. Easter Trail at Carnfunnock Country Park

Located near Larne and within easy reach of Carrickfergus, Carnfunnock Country Park offers a fun-packed Easter weekend with interactive trails, face painting, and a petting farm from March 31 to April 1. The park’s scenic walking paths, walled garden and adventure playground make it a top pick for a spring family day out.

2. Storytelling & Crafts at The Secret Bookshelf

On April 2, The Secret Bookshelf in Carrickfergus invites families to enjoy an enchanting morning of storytelling and crafts, tailored for children aged 3–8. It’s a calm and creative Easter activity perfect for young imaginations.

Lisburn: Wallace Gardens

1. Easter Egg Hunts Across Lisburn

Get your baskets ready! From traditional egg hunts to fun-filled bunny trails, Lisburn is brimming with Easter events this year. Some even combine a 5K run with festive egg hunts, adding a healthy twist to the holiday fun. A great way to explore the community while bonding with family.

2. Easter at Streamvale Farm

From April 12 to 25, Streamvale Farm is in full springtime swing. Meet newborn lambs, chicks, and bunnies, take part in the Bunny Hop Challenge, and enjoy the kids' disco. It’s an unforgettable Easter experience for little animal lovers and grown-ups alike.
